Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Prayagh FactoryFlow, a proprietary enterprise software application.

Prayagh FactoryFlow is exclusively developed by Orvantia and is operated internally by Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. for its business operations. By logging into and using Prayagh FactoryFlow, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as any applicable internal IT, HR, and confidentiality policies established by Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd.

Authorized Users & Access Restrictions

Access to Prayagh FactoryFlow is strictly limited to active, authorized personnel of Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. Accounts are created, managed, and provisioned exclusively by system administrators.

  • You may not share your login credentials (email and password) with anyone, including colleagues or external parties.
  • You may only access the system using your own assigned account.
  • Access to specific features is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You must not attempt to bypass these restrictions to access data, tasks, or administrative controls outside of your authorized purview.

Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use Prayagh FactoryFlow solely for the operational business purposes of Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd.

You must not:

  • Use the system for personal reasons or non-business-related communications.
  • Upload, distribute, or link to any malicious software, viruses, or unauthorized scripts.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to rapidly extract data from the system (Rate limiting is enforced).
  • Harass, threaten, or communicate unprofessionally with other employees through the internal query or comment systems.
  • Provide false information when updating task statuses or logging productivity metrics.

Confidentiality

Because Prayagh FactoryFlow is an internal management tool, all data visible within the application, including task details, operational documents, employee structures, productivity scores, and queries, is considered Strictly Confidential.

You are prohibited from taking unauthorized screenshots, exporting reports (unless authorized by your role), or disclosing any system data to individuals outside of Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Software Ownership: The Prayagh FactoryFlow software application, its source code, architecture, UI designs, and underlying technology are the proprietary intellectual property of Orvantia.

Data Ownership: All business data, content, databases, and operational records generated, entered, or processed within Prayagh FactoryFlow are the exclusive, sole property of Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd.

Monitoring & Audit Logging

To ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with operational standards, Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. maintains the right to actively monitor system usage.

Audit Trails: Prayagh FactoryFlow records detailed Activity Logs and Security Events. Every significant action, including successful and failed logins, password changes, task modifications, and status updates, is permanently logged with your user ID and timestamps.

Suspension & Termination

System Administrator reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently block your access to Prayagh FactoryFlow without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use or any company security policy.
  • Experience a change in employment status (e.g., termination or resignation).
  • Are reasonably suspected of compromising the security or confidentiality of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Orvantia provides the software infrastructure “as-is.” Neither Orvantia nor Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. guarantees that the application will be completely free of errors, uninterrupted, or immune from unforeseen technical disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvantia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Maintenance & Software Updates

Routine maintenance, bug fixes, and feature updates will be periodically deployed. During maintenance windows, the system may be temporarily unavailable. System Administrators will strive to communicate planned downtime via internal channels.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your relationship with Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. and Orvantia regarding this software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
